Shipping & Returns

Parcel delivery*
Where possible items will be sent to you as parcels, and delivery takes from 48 hours if the item is in stock. If the item isn’t in stock, delivery can take 5 working days. We can offer a guaranteed (if items are in stock) next day delivery for an additional charge (as long as requested before 11am) - call us for details. Delivery is by national carrier and will be between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

Prices: 0kg-30kg: CHF 5.00.- (DPD or Post Logistics)

Orders with chash on delivery: we apply CHF 15,00
Free Delivery: on order more then CHF 50,00 (not applied on palletised delivery)

Palletised delivery*

Where large orders require palletised delivery we offer you 2 levels of service:

Standard Service
Goods are delivered to your door only (point of entry). You will be responsible for moving the product from that point and waste disposal of packing material.
Europallet (120x80x h max250): CHF 200.00.- (DHL) or our private courier.

Pick Up Service
This service is available for customers who want to pick up goods themselves. The pick up must be done between Tuesday and Friday between 10 a.m. untill 6 p.m. To organize the pick up, please call (+41 91 921 43 01) or send us an e-mail (info@swiss-supplements.ch).

Returns
We operate a returns policy for up to 14 days after original delivery. We, however, cannot accept any returned Goods unless you have been issued a returns “x” number by our Customer Service Department.
Unfortunately we can only issue refunds if the Goods are in new and unused condition, with original labels and original packaging intact.
All returned Goods attract a 20% administration, re-stocking and handling charge.
You are responsible for the returning Goods and all associated costs.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of an “x” number being given to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Self Assembly
Please note that frames and racks will require assemby after delivery. We can offer an installation service that would include the assembly of equipment - please call us on +41 91 921 43 01 for a quote or send us and email on info@swiss-supplements.ch.

Measuring Up
Before ordering any equipment or flooring it is important that you measure the area where it is going to be placed. Please ensure you can gain access to your chosen location. If there are narrow doorways, staircases or tight corners it may not be possible to deliver your equipment. Please take time to check these details to avoid any additional cost to return your order. Please note that we are also unable to accept specially ordered products back as returns.

Non Returnable Items
Please note that items such as mats, gloves, mitts etc cannot be returned after use for hygiene reasons. Benches with custom upholstery cannot also be returned.

Cancellations and Order Changes
To avoid confusion please confirm these in writing within 7 working days of placing your order. To cover our handling and administration costs you will incur a charge of 20% of the value of the Goods being cancelled or changed after they have been delivered.

Damages and Delivery Discrepancies
Please advise us immediately upon receipt of damaged Goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept any claims relating to deliveries that have exceeded more than 48 hours. We will repair or replace items within that period.
We will repair or replace any item, (including non-returnable items) that are delivered to you in a damaged condition providing you report this within 48 hours of receipt of Goods by sending an email to info@swiss-supplements.ch.

All sizes, weights and measurements are approximate.
